We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Bank Reconciliation Administrator, working 3 days per week, to join the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS). We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and hardworking team player to join our Finance This is a hands-on and varied role, where you will be working with 6 other people in the team, and reporting in to the Accounts Supervisor

Requirements:

    • Daily bank reconciliations of bank accounts in Euro, Dollar, and Investigate any unknown transactions to ensure all reconciliations are completed
    • Possess first-rate numerical and organisational
    • Excellent attention to
    • Possession of good verbal and written communication
    • Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential
    • Ability to work well within a
    • Handling various queries, as well as ad-hoc finance duties, whilst also supporting the wider finance
