Responsibilities:
- Craft a digital strategy and spearhead media planning and creation
- Build pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns from the ground up, set targeting, and optimize for better results (Google Ads, FB Ads, YouTube Ads, and similar platforms).
- Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate inbound leads
- Manage campaign budgets, run in-depth analysis to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and derive insights through A/B testing to optimize campaigns
- Create and execute inbound marketing strategies to nurture leads through email and social media campaigns
- Collaborate with the team to build a content strategy and a library of branded content assets
- Ensure seamless campaign execution across all stages of the sales funnel
- Conduct campaign analysis and create reports and data visualizations
- Keep up-to-date with the latest strategies and set up systems and processes in place
Requirements
- At least 6 years of digital marketing experience, with agency background and experience in running a Digital Marketing Team
- Expertise in SEO and SEM, including Google Ads, FB Ads, and other platforms
- Strong consulting and advisory skills
- Versatile to changes and can come up with an alternative plan that can be implemented quickly
- Understanding of various industries and comfortable dealing with clients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Solid planning and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- A can-do attitude and top-level professionalism
- A keen eye for visual presentation
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
