Open Position: Salesforce Product Manager (MNC Tech Company)

An MNC Tech Company is looking for Salesforce Product Manager to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office to inform the overall roadmap through defining, assessing, and continuously evolving the priorities to drive adoption, team member and stakeholder satisfaction, and

Key requirements include:

• Demonstrable experience building products for customer-focused businesses with complex business processes
  
• Experience of working in a matrix organisation
  
• Experience of Salesforce CRM integrations
  
• Salesforce Consultant or Developer Certification
  
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Servicecloud and its ecosystem
  
• Hands-on experience in writing user stories and creating support tickets
  
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
  
• Ability to define requirements, communicate them to developers and stakeholders and ensure they are delivered effectively
  
• Willingness to work very closely with the development team including reviewing test cases, technology solutions and participation in scrum ceremonies
  
• Knowledge and working experience of Agile methodologies
  
• Full software development lifecycle experience
  
• Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast-paced
  
• Ability to develop, lead and manage large, complex initiatives
  
• Ability to motivate or influence senior level team members
  
• Exceptional organization skills and ability to manage multiple
