Responsibilities

We re looking for a motivated Key Account Executive to manage strategic client accounts, providing customer-centric

• Manage existing clients, providing close client follow-up and support;
  
• Understand clients project requirements and scope;
  
• Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to define, plan and execute projects in a timely manner;
  
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of both new and existing projects;
  
• Be main point of contact for all client and account related queries and escalations, and lead resolution;
  
• Lead and guide internal teams to achieve project objectives and targets;
  
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for clients business and delivery requirements;
  
• Engage in periodic meetings to ensure project milestones are achieved in a timely manner;

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the logistics & supply chain industry;
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  
• Knowledge of SAP;
