HerMD is seeking experienced OBGYNs and gynecologists to join our patient care team in Carmel, Indiana!
As a physician-founded practice, we understand the challenges medical providers experience HerMD is resurrecting the patient-provider relationship, allowing our OBGYNs to spend quality time with each patient and a sustainable work-life ;
We re looking for mission-driven providers, who are looking to build life-long careers with
Gynecologist Opportunity Highlights:
4 or 5-day work week schedule - provider s choice, no call
Patient-centric 20-60 minute appointment times
Focus on traditionally underserved patient specialties of menopause and sexual health
No obstetrics after confirmation of pregnancy and first trimester
Culture of female leadership, empowerment, and growth
In-office and hospital-based surgeries
In-office clinical research facility for the advancement of Women s Health
Accepts most major insurance plans and Medicare
Requirements
Qualifications:
At least 3 - 5 years of work experience in women s health
ISSWSH or NAMS training (desired but not required)
Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in Indiana
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required to obtain within 90 days post hire

The successful candidate will perform various office and clinical duties necessary in order to keep our practice running effectively and Keen assessment skills, critical thinking, and a sense of urgency Ability to multitask and consistently deliver high quality care for our patients Leadership ability to oversee clinical care team Minimum Qualifications Associate s Degree (ADN) in Nursing from an accredited nursing college or program Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required to obtain within 90 days post hire Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Nursing (BSN) 2 years of experience in a women s health and/or GYN
