Open Position: Application Service Support, Manager (IT Service Provider)
An IT service provider is currently hiring Application Service Support, Manager to join them in their Kuala Lumpur
Key responsibilities include:
Bachelor s degree in IT/ Computer Science or any related
Minimum of 8 years experience in an IT industry with experience working as Level 2 or 3 Technical
Provide overall direction for the IT Service Support team members covering Application, Database and
Manage complex customer issues, coordinating appropriate technical personnel, defining workplan, deadlines and driving customer communications until customer has confirmed issue
Ensure depth and breadth of technical skills are maintained across the team to support customer
Monitor the overall quality of service provided by the departments for our
