German Speaking Team Travel Manager (Travel/Leisure)

Job Type: Hybrid | Full Time | Permanent
Salary: Basic + Benefits (Open to Negotiation)
Head Office: Cape Town, South Africa

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (C1/C2: Full Professional Proficiency or Native Level)
  • You have solid experience in the travel industry and have worked in a similar position in an international environment for at least 3-5
  • You have a cooperative leadership style and several years of management experience

Benefits

  • You are responsible for the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives including monthly performance measurement, development of action plans as well as training and coaching
  • You support your employees and ensure that development plans exist and are implemented
  • You know and understand the needs of our demanding clientele and ensure that they can fulfil their wishes with the right know-how and tailor-made offers or exceed their
  • You maintain a regular exchange with colleagues from other company-offices and use the global know-how to continuously develop the service quality and the offers for their
