Role Responsibilities:
- Documenting and maintaining L5
- Working with spreadsheets, ledgers and
- Supporting the Senior Manager with the timely and proactive closure of internal and external audit
- Supporting the implementation of a combined assurance
- Understanding the key control points within the
- Processing performance management - Continuous Process
- Leading small or medium sized
- Ensuring a high-quality service is
- Driving the delivery of our clients
- Optimising customer satisfaction and adding value to the
- Resolving complaints relating to service delivery quickly and
- Promoting high-quality service delivery and customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
- BCom Accounting Degree
- Oracle certification (Desirable)
Relevant Skills / Experience:
- 3+ years experience in a Finance Operations
- Competent in using MS-Office applications
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Strong communication
- Strong experience in the following:
- Planning / Coordination / Networking
- Interpersonal / Change management
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships / Problem solving
- The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Operational excellence and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate financial information with non-finance employees
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels
