Description

In this exciting role you will be leading our Graphic Design Team, supporting our Impact Studio and the wider Influencer business

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading our in-house design team in the creation of creative assets for digital & social and experiential activations
• Continuing to develop the scope and sophistication of our in-house video editing capabilities
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, generating fresh, engaging and exciting concepts for both Influencer and our clients
• Supporting Impact Studio and our Marketing team to deliver best-in-class creative assets to for both client facing work, and Influencer s own marcomms activity
• Grow and develop the design function, assisting with the progression of current designers and establishing future team growth
• Assisting the team with workflow management, project scheduling, and key stakeholder management, ensuring deadlines are met and work delivered on-time and to brief

Requirements:

• Project management experience (specific use of a plus)
• 5 years experience within graphic design, ideally managing a small team
• Knowledge of designing material for print
• Experience across video projects including content editing and motion graphics
• Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator / After
• Effects / Indesign)
