Business Analyst - SAP BW4HANA Sustainability 40-60 wmd 8593

For a long-term project at our client's site (Home Office possible within Switzerland), an international insurance based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst - SAP BW4HANA Sustainability.

In this role, you will be part of the Sustainability project, which objectives are to enhance the existing BW4HANA-based Sustainability Reporting System.

Tasks

• Liaise with stakeholders to define business requirements and prepare business documentation based on frameworks
• Work closely with IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions, understand and challenge the technical solutions
• Conduct user acceptance tests
• Responsible for the information gathering activities such as surveying, analyzing, and evaluating processes, products, and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data
• Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations
• Supporting project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management
• Responsible for the project, activity planning, and coordinating the work of the junior analysts
• Communicate change requests, and timelines and provide status updates to the Sustainability Reporting workstream lead
• Recommendations for improvements, solutions, and respective implementation plans

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role with a focus on financial and sustainability reporting systems, ideally within the financial industry
• Experience in analyzing reporting requirements and defining functional and technical specifications
• Understanding of SAP BW4HANA and experience with SAP BW4HANA projects in a related area
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production method
• Strong SAP Analysis for Office (AfO) skills, experience with SAP SAC, JAVA, Fiori Apps, and enterprise Application is a plus
• Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses
• Fluent in English
