Clinical Trial Coordinator (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Receipt and registration of sample material for clinical studies
• Documentation and recording of clinical data
• Communication with international clinical centers and study teams
• Assistance, monitoring and supervision of clinical studies in cooperation with project managers and pathologists
• Coordination of individual sample workflow in collaboration with different related departments
• Transmission of test results
• Electronic recording of results in our databases
• Quality control of database entries

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship, Bachelor s degree or similar educational background preferred
• Experience in working on clinical studies as well as data collection, documentation and management is desirable, but not a pre-requisite
• Career changers with professional experience in the field of clinical studies will be considered
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Structured, responsible and independent way of working
• Well-versed in handling the MS Office package
• Experience in working with LabWare LIMS, SAP or comparable databases would be an advantage
• Distinct service orientation, confident and friendly demeanor, communicative competence and team spirit
• Reliability and resilience are required
• A sense of detail and quality awareness
• Quick comprehension, even with flexible task structures and their spontaneous changes
• Ideally, experience in a project-based work environment
