Tasks

Your Tasks:

• Employee Life Cycle: You are responsible for the entire operational and administrative process from hiring to termination of employment, taking into account labor, social and tax regulations. You are the contact person for our employees in all personnel-related matters.
• Recruiting: You are responsible for the end-to-end recruiting for all positions and ensure a great candidate experience during the complete application process. You continuously analyze our recruiting process based on key KPIs and develop it by implementing new ideas.
• Talent Management: You establish a healthy, lively and diverse culture and create a working environment in which our talents can develop and you can attract new talents to us. In doing so, you continuously develop the HR area by e.g. designing training offers, HR trend topics, process optimization, etc,.

Requirements

MUST HAVES

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of economics, human resources management or a comparable course of study.
• Fluent English and German, both written and verbal (at least C1 level CEFR framework)*
• Team player, self-motivated, well-organized, strong communicator driven and committed
• Confident and comfortable working with MS-Offices
• Structured and organized in your day-to-day work
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills

• You are familiar with implementing and using any HR and recruiting tools
