Your responsibilities

One-Liner: Ensure a steady stream of valuable product increments

Owner: You are on top of your (part of the) product, both from a technical and organizational aspect. You will establish yourself as the go-to person for all internal stakeholders, as a knowledgeable point of touch, and can represent the technical aspect in customer projects

Executioner: Manage the products backlog, strip requirements down to epics and tasks to plan team sprints and achieve efficient, high quality and high value product increments

Planner: Prioritize and track cross-team and cross-functional activities to align short-term milestones and contribute to the mid-term roadmap

Your profile

Education: Your training helps you to quickly understand complex technical problems in the field of renewable energies or the cloud / IoT

Experience: Your participation of at least 2 years in high-performance development teams and the urge to take on organisational tasks are the best prerequisites for taking on the challenge as a (junior) product owner at gridX

Mindset: To do your job, you quickly find the right balance between details and the big picture. You don't need tasks assigned to you, you find them yourself and carry them out independently

Strengths: Communication is key to motivating and persuading team members and stakeholders. In addition, you are eager to explore new tasks and responsibilities yourself and request support when needed

Specialities: You already have experience with the organisation of development sprints? You know how to deal with a backlog? You can distinguish between good and not so good software architecture?
