Senior Product Designer (d/m/w)

Your mission

• Lead cross-functional design projects from conception to launch, collaborating with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and intuitive products.
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions, including usability testing, focus groups, and other methods.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
• Champion accessibility within the organization, ensuring that all products meet relevant accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and other design assets.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of Verimi's design process, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their careers.

Your profile

• You have in-depth knowledge of UX research, accessibility and managing projects from conception to implementation.
• You use your communicative strengths to network emphatically.
• You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
