- Job title – Finance Analyst (Pensions)
- Salary – £35 – 45k
- Working hours – 37.75 per week (flexible working hours)
- Location – Fulwood (Hybrid, 2-3 days from home)
- Job type – Permanent

- We are looking for a Finance Analyst (Pensions) who has got experience in the sector and is used to working in a finance analytical role – pensions experience is desirable.

Not many people know that they have a Finance, Payroll and Pension’s function based here in Preston, and we now have the opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join them!
How you’ll spend your time …
As a Finance Analyst in Pensions, you will work within a pensions team of around 20 “decent, down to earth people who know how to have a good laugh” while providing an exceptional Pensions service and taking responsible for:
- Delivering projects such as GMP (Guaranteed Minimum Pension) Equalisation and Rectification in an accurate and timely manner.
- Accurately calculating all types of administrative tasks including complex member cases – both manual calculations and system driven calculations and checking the work of colleagues.
- Using Microsoft Excel to analyse the data from the Pensions & Payroll departments.
This opportunity will be great for you if …
- You place a lot of value in service levels and generally being amazing at what you do. This team go above and beyond when it comes to providing Payroll & Pensions support to employees, so you’ll fit right in.
- You’re in a Project-based role at the moment and you are used to using Microsoft Excel to a high level.
