• Ongoing meetings with engineers, architects and contractors on project goals and progress.
• Lead and motivate site managers and teams.
• Make sure all necessary equipment is available on site.
• Do not exceed budgeted costs for wages, contractors, materials and equipment.
• Approval of purchase requests. We ensure that the construction process starts and finishes on time, ensuring that daily and weekly deadlines are met.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and all other regulations.
• Issuing SIs and VOs to project management.
• Continuous quality control implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts in Construction Management.
• Familiarity with MS Office Word, Excel, Projects and CCS.
• She has over 5 years of experience in construction site management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
• Ability to resolve conflicts between different project members and collaborators. Excellent negotiation,
• organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.
