Tasks

Your Role
Your daily responsibility will be to accompany the customer through their identity verification as a part of their
onboarding process, following a closed and specific script. You will be handling customer management through video
calls strictly following the established process which will include:
Identity verification.
Data verification.
Handling electronic notifications.
Basic administrative tasks requiring basic skills in Excel

Requirements

Your Genaral Skills
You will be the face of Branddocs VideoID and therefore represent the image of the company. Hence, you will have
the following skills to meet the company s requirement
Good communication skills
Confident with a good on-screen presence
Empathetic and team player
Flexibility to adapt to different situations and enthusiastic towards learning
Passion for technology
Your Language Skills
Given the global nature of Branddocs, the base language in the video center is English. Therefore, the video agent
must have:
Minimum level B2 in English (The training will be provided only in English; the interview process will also assess English speaking skills).
Fluent in Italian and English
Professional Background
Higher education (Baccalaureate, Higher Vocational Training, etc) is desirable, but not mandatory
Experience in Video Call management
Experience in Data Management, financial services, administrative tasks will be a plus
Prior teleworking Experience
