(Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced (Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d) to join our problem-driven and solution-oriented team in the heart of Berlin. This position will lead one of our fully end to end Product areas encompassing mobile, web, and backend. What you will be doing:

• Shape the vision of your product area and manage the roadmap; prioritize the work in a way that your team always works on the most impactful things with highest value to the user
• Use insights from both quantitative and qualitative in-house research to constantly evaluate how our product solves the problems of our users
• Know how to scope features in a lean manner to ship and get feedback of our users early in order to iteratively improve the product
• Be thorough with documentation to keep everyone aligned - write clear requirements, thorough user stories and also manage any internal/external manuals and guides related to your product area
• Lead the team through the challenges of compliance and security requirements ( SDLC, PII)
• Collaborate with the rest of the Product team to ensure the value we deliver as a team is adding up (align the sprint goals, remove blockers and dependencies)
• Set up the right processes for your team and constantly strive to optimize them around the organization outcomes
• Work with other stakeholders like our Customers, Growth & Partnerships, Legal & Compliance, Security, Operations or Customer Success to ensure that the desired business and operational KPIs are always well defined and achieved

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Product Management, preferably in a technology company and/or in the healthcare industry, and be a creative thinker who thrives on owning the outcome funnel from start to finish. Additionally, the candidate will ideally have:

• 4+ years of experience in a Product Management role, preferably in a Digital Health, Medical or Fintech startup
• Technical background (B.S. Computer Science or a related field) is a plus
• Passion to create outstanding products while reducing complexity
• Basic understanding of technical concepts for modern web and mobile applications
• Experience with easy-to-use B2B and SaaS applications is a plus
• Outgoing and open-minded person that is able to motivate, lead by example, and inspire a team to go the extra mile
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality, stress resistance and passion to solve big challenges in a simple way
• Fluent in English is a must
