Position summary

We are looking for an experienced and self-starting Graphic Designer to create and oversee the production of digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, e-books, and video clips. Ultimately, you will be responsible to promote our brand by delivering high-quality pieces on tight deadlines.

If you have a creative flair, a proven track record designing for B2B SaaS companies, great communication skills, and work methodically as part of a team, we d like to meet you.

Tasks

What you'll do at xorlab

• Work with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to derive design briefs and determine requirements
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
• Support Product design, e.g. Iconography
• If needed, offload work to external design contractors/agencies and manage delivery

Requirements

What you'll bring

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and collaborate with a diverse team
• Proficient with image editing and design software, and ideally UI/UX tools such as Figma
• Attention to visual details
• Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field
