Working collaboratively with stakeholders: Director, Product Manager(s), Product Owners, cross functional technology teams (ERP, OTC, CRM, UX etc) to ensure all teams are clearly aligned on digital transformation roadmap. Qualifications: Ability to translate requirements into appropriate deliverables in an Agile/Scrum delivery model Have knowledge of REST API's and OCC services Ability to use tools Hybris like Backoffice, Adaptive search console and Solr Responsibilities: Conduct requirements gathering workshops and translate high level business requirements into functional specifications leveraging Hybris eCommerce business and application domain knowledge Perform analysis of existing Hybris eCommerce and its integration points to ensure any new requirements and proposed solutions are viable with current design Create and maintain business processes, requirements, and functional specification documentation for Hybris eCommerce platform Support the creation of test plans especially User Acceptance Testing for Hybris eCommerce modules/capabilities Perform testing duties as needed, working with end users and project teams during the design, construction, testing and implementation of modifications to integration systems with Hybris Perform testing while collaborating with end users and project teams during system integration test of Hybris eCommerce Support the education and training of end users on Hybris eCommerce in order to increase end user proficiency and adoption of implemented solutions Ensure quality and relevance of user requirements, functional and technical specifications, data models and process flow diagrams to control scope, and maintain deliverable quality Provide expertise to Product Management on use of Hybris commerce capabilities and tools Serve as liaison between Business Unit(s) and ETP on ecommerce projects and enhancements (Hybris) Determine opportunities to redesign or/and automate business processes to increase efficiency. Communicate system and procedural changes to end users through written and oral communication. Understand, communicate, and reinforce standard processes, concepts and methodologies defined by the ETP organization Work, align and effectively communicate with wide range of stakeholders across the organization in defining solutions that meets business needs.
