Tasks

• Within your all-star team, you create a learning environment that encourages and motivates one another.
• As a subject matter expert, you know exactly how to support our managers while they compete with changing processes and developments during the championship of health-in-one-click .
• You advise our managers on how to compete with operational HR issues, dribble through personnel processes and jump over HR-related obstacles on the field.
• You know how to win the Employee Experience trophy!
• You take tactical decisions that lead towards influential results and can make our employees celebrate while slam dunking their professional and personal growth.

Requirements

Big chance you will score a 3-pointer if you:

• Feel responsible for ensuring regular, accurate communication (verbal & written) with relevant parties across the business to ensure a fully supportive HR function
• Have obtained several years of professional experience as an HR partner/personnel officer or in a comparable operational function.
• Are IT literate, including all Microsoft practices and ideally HRIS Workday.
• Possess an independent and self-reliant style of working as well as a structured way of working.
• The ability to work conscientiously in a team as well as independently.
• Completed successfully a degree in economics, psychology or business education with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification.
• You speak English and German fluently
• Ideally you live in or near Berlin, but also other German locations are possible with the willingness to travel every now and then
