Requirements
Big chance you will score a 3-pointer if you:
- Feel responsible for ensuring regular, accurate communication (verbal & written) with relevant parties across the business to ensure a fully supportive HR function
- Have obtained several years of professional experience as an HR partner/personnel officer or in a comparable operational function.
- Are IT literate, including all Microsoft practices and ideally HRIS Workday.
- Possess an independent and self-reliant style of working as well as a structured way of working.
- The ability to work conscientiously in a team as well as independently.
- Completed successfully a degree in economics, psychology or business education with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification.
- You speak English and German fluently
- Ideally you live in or near Berlin, but also other German locations are possible with the willingness to travel every now and then
