Senior Consultant (Paris)

Tasks

• Become part of a consulting or implementation team on IT projects for financial institutions
• Coordinate small, Agile implementation projects or act as a leader of a project area
• Support teams in analytical work
• Support B2B sales activities
• Coordinate Agile implementation projects
• Act as a Scrum Master with an option to develop as an Agile Coach
• Act as a business leader or architect
• Test yourself in different roles and tasks in an international environment
• Work directly with client teams.

Requirements

• Business level English (C1) and French (C1)
• At least a bachelor s degree
• Do you have experience working in consulting, implementation or IT firms, especially in the field of Insurance (Senior Profile 5 years)
• Experience leading small teams
• Understand how insurance companies work
• You have an individual and creative approach to solving complex problems
• Think analytically and be able to use synthesis to present the results of your work
• Demonstrate interest in supporting business development activities in France
• Demonstrate interest in new technologies and their practical use.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience with Guidewire implementations is a plus.
• Knowing another language (German, Spanish, Japanese) will be a plus
• Open to travel
