Head of Operations for B2B hardware tech startup (80%)

We have a key role to fill for the Go-To-Market phase.

We are looking for a high-performing, process-oriented individual who likes to take ownership.

You will be a key member of the leadership team and contribute to operational and strategic decisions. You will have responsibilities to the Board of Directors as well as to existing and potential future shareholders. At the same time, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, a variety of projects, and finances.

As a core member of the team, you will be given the freedom to implement new and efficient business and financial strategies as well as processes to best benefit the company.

Tasks

• Together with the CPO you coordinate the operating resources of international hardware production and suppliers
• You set up and maintain internal processes for quality control
• You actively contribute to strategic decisions and know how to implement them efficiently
• Supervision of the medium and long-term financial planning process
• Contracts with suppliers and partners
• HR support and admin tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in similar roles in the hardware sector.
• Entrepreneurial skills: adapting to a changing business environment
• Exceptional management skills in the areas of leadership and supervision
• Evidence of successful financial management
