- Research and identify potential customers

- Answer customers' questions about services

- Contact customers to discuss how services can meet their needs.
- Create forms or agreements required to complete sales
- Consult with clients to resolve problems and provide support.
- Document sales and keep records of business transactions.
Requirements
Competencies:
- 2 years of experience in IT industry preferably as a project/product manager or a presales technical consultant
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Full proficiency in Microsoft office
- Expert at over the phone sales
- Expert at email marketing
- Familiar with marketing and sales concepts.
- Active listener
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
