Key aspects of the Director of Sales role will include:
Responsible for the creation and execution of 2023 Budget
Ensure team is following Sales Process
Hiring, training, and managing your sales team members (currently a team of 1 who is top performing with headcount to hire multiple sales people)
Winning new business for LED Video Sports Scoreboards
College, High School or University focus eg Athletics Directors - prefer direct to customer contracts
Client retention, expanding client relationships to grow market share
Maintaining acceptable profitability
Continue to increase product knowledge
Developing the Eastern USA territory, ideally you have client relationships in the South East/ East
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to define market niche and build strategy around winning new business
Manage strategic relationships with clients and other strategic partners
Negotiate Contracts
