Summary:
We are looking for someone who will Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, and research management, driving required changes to make sure UX + Research team are working at optimum efficiency
Responsibilities:
- Partner with UX Research Leads to organize and evangelize user insights in order to maximize UXR impact
- Develop process and rhythms for research planning and prioritization, helping UXR teams prioritize and invest in the right user-centric opportunities
- Implement new processes to make research operations more efficient and effective, and evolve the current team process and documentation, iterating when needed
- Operationalize intake processes, generate roadmaps, and establish a optimized backlog for UXR across verticals
- Be a thoughtful partner to Consumer Shopping UXR lead in developing research communications strategy, implementing channels and forums for insights delivery and activation to influence/inform product decision-making
- Facilitate and capture high-level information and action items from team meetings and executive reviews for tight alignment and follow up.
Skills/ Education/ Experience:
- BA/BS degree in business or equivalent degree/experience
- 3+ years of industry experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, Design Producer, UX Manager, or similar role
- Proven ability to multitask, analyze opportunities, implement process, partner cross-functionally, and proactively solve problems
- Experience building working relationships with peers across functions (design, research, product, engineering, etc)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to act with confidence; strong ability to communicate clearly and speak up at any point in the process
- A strong sense of focus and excellent attention to detail while working in a fast-paced, high performance culture
