(Construction) Regional Construction Director

Our client, a growing leader in the construction and HVAC space is currently looking to bring on Regional Construction Director to focus on centralizing and building processes, procedures, and best practices.

• Supervise and collaborate with regional Construction Directors across the Southwest and Western US.
  
• Work both internally and externally to build the business with new customers .
  
• Forecast, monitor and document financial performance vs. projections; including responsibility for monthly percent of completion forecast
  
• Accomplishes department human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
  
• Take a lead role in the maintenance and administration of safety program and protocol
  
• Oversee the development of a consolidated estimating department
  
• Create a consolidated approach for our customers and internal Business Development teams, to accept, estimate and execute on opportunities
  
• Develop national programs that address customers needs including leveraging internal resources.
  
• Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial, bidding, and pricing information confidential
  
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  

Requirements

• Prior experience managing a high volume of construction projects.
  
• Ability to develop best practices and processes
  
• Strong communication and organizational skill set
