Responsible for the management and activation of advertising partnerships, including DSPs and traditional media partnerships for the achievement of KPIs through campaign activation, value capture and spend efficiency, technology stack optimization and data capture, and coordination with partner agencies in advertising partnership identification, negotiation and account management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
- Primary responsibility for the company s major advertising partnerships operated directly or through agency relationships. Partnerships include direct contractual relationships built on a multi-wave commitment and strategic deliverables.
- Develop and execute advertising partnership strategy and 3-year plan linked to the budget planning cycle
- Leverage partnerships to drive value through beneficial rates, high-impact layouts and content development
- Ensure all advertising activities adheres to the sponsorship policy and procedures
- Develop and track partner specific KPIs to gauge and report against strategic objectives
- Manage projects and ensure accurate and on time execution
- Budget and contractual management and control
- Actively contribute to the development of the team through coaching, support and development of formal training plans
- Ensure all advertising activities within the partnership comply with contractual obligations and visual and verbal identity guidelines
- Manage all IP and creative approvals for all materials related to sponsorship communications
- Hold quarterly business review meetings with the respective teams to ensure activities are measured and meet the agreed objectives
- Act as an advertising expert to provide the teams with support and best practice guidance and mentoring
- Provide consultancy support to the teams in the development and implementation of marketing strategy and plans
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor s /advanced degree preferred
- A minimum of 15 years experience in Advertising and Marketing, with both agency and client-side experience
- Significant experience in advertising campaign management, media buying, media plan optimization, with an emphasis on digital buying, programmatic optimization and managing DSPs.
- Must have worked in an international environment, familiarity with culture and values is a paramount importance
- Strong financial management skills
