UI UX Designer

We are looking for a talented UI UX Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful UI UX design. They should also have superior user interface design skills. The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. They will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.

Conceptualize design language to be used in digital products for both web and mobile platforms.

Convert wireframes to design prototypes and full-fledged designs including site navigation & layout of content.

Work directly with project managers, UX/UI designers, front-end developers, and back-end developers to coordinate the on-time delivery of the digital products.

Ensure latest UX/UI trends are reflected in designs and industry standards are followed.

Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the wireframes & flows are understood and implemented correctly.

Present, explain & defend designs to clients.

Help clients solve complex UX/UI challenges in their products and make the experience joyful for the end-users.

Ensure latest trends & insights are reflected in the digital product.

Requirements

4+ years of UX/UI design experience.

Experience in prototyping tools such as Axure, Sketch, Figma, etc.

Experience in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator or Sketch for designing web & mobile interfaces.

Good understanding of grid approach in design & layout as well as responsive design.

Good knowledge of UX design & modern design patterns.

Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile.

Understanding of digital technologies, basics of programming languages (Web Technologies and Mobile application guidelines).

Strong experience in creating sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group acting as a liaison between technology teams, support teams and business units.

Strong experience in designing complex solutions for web and mobile applications (preferred).

Outstanding presentation and leadership skills.

Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile.
