Architect/Project Manager

An established multi-disciplined firm is looking to add an Architect/Project Managerto their Phoenix team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead Industrial projects on budget and schedule
  
• Assist with business development
  
• Develop project work plans
  
• Coordinate all project efforts (administrative/technical)
  
• Serve as client liaison
  
• Actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs
  
• Responsible for project communication and documentation
  
• Perform administrative tasks
  
• Prepare fee estimates
  
• Determine scope of work
  
• Prepare proposals/contracts
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Interior Design
  
• 8+ years of Project Manager experience leading and working 15-20 projects
  
• 5+ years of experience working on Healthcare projects
  
• Licensed Architect
  
• Leadership experience
  
• Revit and AutoCAD experience
