Surveyor/Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project delivery to clients
  
• Coordinate project to meet client expectations
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  
• Delegate duties
  
• Ensure QA/QC standards are met to deliver a quality survey design product
  
• Direct/perform office professional survey services
  
• Prepare required information for field services
  
• Responsibilities include more traditional Project Surveyor tasks as well (boundary, ALTA, topographic surveys)
  
• Duties include research, drafting, boundary analysis and legal description writing
  
• Project management/coordination (schedules/budgets/billings)
  

Requirements:

• B.S. in Survey or Civil Engineering
  
• 5+ years of experience
  
• Licensed Professional Surveyor
  
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  
• Experience with Carlson Survey or Trimble Business Center preferred
  
• Knowledge of Public Land Survey System and jurisdictional subdivision requirements
  
• Knowledge of industry standards/procedures
