Sr. Technical Analyst

This is a remote position.

• 3yearsrs experience in development and IT projects working with US clients
  
• The position is part of our India consulting team reporting into the Director- Implementations
  

• Analyze business requirements of the client and prepare documentation for clients like SRS, BRD etc.
  
• Understand the functionalities/features of a product and create documentation around the product features.
  
• Create workflows and process models of the applications. Create As-Is and To-Be process models and identify issues in the process workflows.
  

• Work on integrating APIs for SaaS/Cloud based products. Basic integration knowledge is required.
  
• Create workflows and process models of the applications.
  
• Work on technologies like SaaS, Low-Code and API integrations.
