What are the key objectives for this resource (project summary)?Successfully maintain the fleet of vehicles by ensuring they are always road ready and supporting customer needs.
What specific TFS departments will they interact with?Primarily KINTO, but may interact with various departments throughout TFS

List the position Requirements
Provide operations support for the KINTO Share fleet. The main objectives are: 1) ensure vehicles are ready for customers to use 2) provide our customers with an amazing rental experience 3) Fleet Administration 4) Work with overseas team ensuring they have vehicles road ready 5) Handling accidents with vehicles
Must Haves:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, ability to work with multiple vendors and coordinate scheduling, ability to work individually or with a group, ability to quickly change directions and comfortable with working in a quickly changing environment
Preferred/ Nice-to-haves:Somewhat tech savvy, familiar with mobility and car share, vehicle or fleet management background, any experience in customer supportticketing systemsand Customer Relationship Management systems (especially Salesforce and Zendesk), self-starter
RM Notes:
o A key point is that candidate will be hybrid, reporting to the Plano HQ office 2x a week, Wednesday being a required day, and then the 2nd day of their choice.
o Fleet management background highly preferred
o Any experience in customer support ticketing systems and Customer Relationship Management systems (especially Salesforce and Zendesk–Highly preferred
o Work with Philippines team – Overseas team – Normal business hours
o Auditing, reviewing tickets, inbounds and body shops,
o Primary contact for accidents, communicating information on the claims side
o Interview process– (Phone/In Person) Video on-Two rounds – Camera on is a must if not the manager will decline the call immediately– 30 mins each
