Learning and Development Practioner

Permanent position based in Swellendam for a Learning & Development Practitioner.

Position to start immediately.

Requirements

A relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or Learning and Development is essential

Knowledge of Skills Development, Employment Equity, BBBEE and associated legislation is essential

Knowledge of Curriculum and Learning Programme Design would be an advantage

Training facilitation and experience are essential for this role

3 to 5 years of working experience within a Learning and Development or Skills Development role

Experience within a Manufacturing or Production environment would be an advantage

Experience in dealing with the various SETAs is a requirement
