Sr. Visual Design

• Understand and define the design process and its application
  
• Create and design branding guidelines for the different business verticals
  
• Establish the look and feel for various interfaces, including websites, mobile devices and apps
  
• Design user-centered interaction models, wireframes or screen mockups in collaboration with the Product team
  
• Align output to brand guidelines and patterns.
  
• Closely collaborate with IT and business teams to solve complex issues, like interaction models and data visualization
  
• Develop original visual creatives that are driven by strategic inputs and integrated between touch points and product experiences
  
• Create and organize production assets from scratch that are part of a larger design system
  
• Create design concepts with detailed micro-interactions
  
• Work closely with Product Owners, Delivery managers, Product Designers
  
• Mentor juniors within the team
  
• Introduce and adopt latest design practices, tools & techniques
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in related design discipline or Relevant work experience
  
• 6+ years of industry experience
  
• An online portfolio showcasing latest live projects. Share password if protected or be willing to showcase the work during the interview
  
• Working knowledge of user interface design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD, etc
  
• Understanding of end-to-end design process
  
• Experience in creating style guide & design systems
  
• Awareness about WCAG guidelines and ways to implement is a plus
