Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a small finance team
Responsible for all aspects of accounting function and internal controls/procedures
Review month-end closing with analysis
Support monthly close reporting and forecasting, and annual budgeting process
Responding to financial inquiries from regional finance/management
Review GST and annual tax filings to IRAS
Assist with year-end financial audits and the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory finance statements.
Ensure corporate governance & controls including compliance with local and US GAAP and SOX
Ad hoc finance process & report improvement projects
Requirements
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or ACCA, or equivalent
At least 5 years of working experience in similar role
Prior external audit experience preferred
Meticulous, highly analytical and strong in Excel
Good communication skills and a team player
