Systems Administrator

Position Overview:
Act as an escalation point for cyber working on Cyber tools such as not limited to XDR, SOAR, Segmentation ISE, Palo Alto Firewall, Tenable, ServiceNow, Identity access management.
Provide IT support for security, threat hunting, , telephone systems, audio visual systems, and cellular devices etc. systems like mac machines
Manage equipment inventory
Provide consistent, timely and efficient on-boarding services for new starters and for beyond trust configurations and improvement. PAM solutions knowledge.
Co-ordinate hardware break/fix activities
Follow asset management process and procedures and change control
Being able to handle job responsibilities with minimal supervision threat hunting expert and vulnerability management and architect pen testing.
Identity access management knowledge and implementation
Lead a team of end user technicians to complete larger complex equipment deployments

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Experience working in healthcare information technology including all IT components
Experiencing applying basic setup/config procedures for devices.
Experience with basic Networking protocols (ie: OSI, TCP/IP)
Familiarity with Vendor Management
O365 Knowledgeable, MS Teams savvy
Good Customer service skills
Real-time troubleshooting

Understand PHI and security protocols associated with healthcare
100% remote.
Ability to work accurately in high-pressure situations
IT security tools knowledge and set up and administrator and beyond trust knowledge a plus configuration of PAM.

Minimum Education:
Bachelors in computer Eng.

Location:
Remote. Some travel may be required, flexibility and willingness to travel needed.
