Engineering Manager, Lamp stack

• Defining a direction and becoming involved in resource development; working on presale support; monitoring projects connected to the competence; and being involved in resource planning and dispatching for the competence.
  
• Specify and uphold the technical requirements for each role.
  
• Create and maintain a system for evaluating each level (meet or not meet)
  
• Keep track of and improve the technical proficiency of the present workforce
  
• Work together with the training department to develop the junior layer of competent employees for a more equitable staffing model.
  
• Support and propose to the resource planning department for suitable resource allocations for the project
  
• Collaborate to create the framework from the projects outset.
  
• Work with PMs to ensure that each member of the competence teams individual skills development plan is constantly optimized during the project works.
  
• Work together with PMs to resolve people-related exceptions, which reduces the turnover rate.
  
• To self-train on new technologies and increase company wide knowledge
  
• Play a significant part in delivering trainings and seminars, primarily for the essential competencies.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science/Information Technology or related major
  
• At least 5+ years experience in the LAMP competence
  
• At least 2 years in technical leading (architect) or consultant roles.
  
• Experience working on full-stack project with LAMP architecture.
  
• Experience with one of the following cloud platforms:AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
  
• Strong knowledge in software analysis, architecture design, modelling and details design.
  
• Experience in people management and technical development.
