Balboa Pet Hospital is located in one of the best cities to live in, San Francisco, CA, where there s a neighborhood for everyone! Conveniently located just off Hwy 1, it is one of the most beautiful, cultural, and progressive areas in the Bay.
Balboa Pet Hospital delivers that small neighborhood feel & staff longevity. We provide comprehensive veterinary care services where client & patient care come first. Our team is well-established and supported by experienced RVTs and VAs. We prioritize staff & their quality of life by ensuring a work/life balance. We are proud to offer a positive, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere, along with the ability to discuss cases and collaborate. We are a generous sized hospital that has been in practice since the 1940 s and AAHA accredited for more than 30 years. Our facility is also fully equipped to provide the highest level of care and includes: comprehensive diagnostic in-house lab, digital & dental radiology, ultrasound, therapeutic laser, endoscopy, acupuncture, holistic medicine, & access to any specialist.
Requirements
To continue providing the best medicine to our community, we are seeking a FT or PT Associate DVM to join our team. The ideal candidate would be motivated, compassionate, committed to practicing high-quality veterinary medicine, passionate about client education, and ready to create professional rapport with our amazing staff. We welcome any other niche interests including holistic medicine! New(er) graduates are also encouraged to apply and will be considered.
Must be a licensed DVM (or have the ability to become licensed) in the state of California.
