Position Name:Software Engineer (Tech Lead)

Responsibilities:

• Role as Software Engineer
• Examination of specifications and design.
• Implementation/addition of test code/review/verification/release.
• Responding to inquiries (specification confirmation, defect investigation, etc.).
• Working side by side with PM Product planning while working.
• Solving technical issues across teams - Decision-making for language selection, architecture design, etc.

Qualification:

• Experience demonstrating leadership in technical problem-solving, such as tech lead.
• Ability to organize issues to be solved from a highly uncertain situation and lead technical decision-making involving multiple technical areas.
• Ability to review and provide feedback on members' technical decisions.
• Agile software development experience.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience creating a system that uses technology to improve organizational productivity and business results.
• Practical experience with technologies used by our company such as Go / TypeScript / Kubernetes.
• Ability to communicate text and verbally in English
