Due to company growth and expansion a great opportunity is available for a Fencer/Landscaper to join their hard-working project delivery team.

Requirements of your role will be to support the Operations Manager or Supervisor in varying capacity depending on their requirements, but predominantly construct and oversee fence construction, including mentoring and training of staff. At times you will be the senior PBL staff member on site, as such you will oversee and drive the construction program including supervising staff and subcontractors, implement/ monitoring the Company WH&S responsibilities + facilitate the daily paperwork requirements. You may also be required to liaise on a professional level with key stakeholders including clients and consultants.
Note: This is a hands-on role.
Requirements
Your skill base will include experience in plant and weed identification, good maintenance practices, eye for detail, high level of communication both verbally and electronically, mechanical tool handling and care. Previous experience in a similar role.

Construct fencing to best practice, specification and as directed.
Carry out general landscape duties as required.
Submit daily paper work with accurate data
Coordinate material delivery s
Follow WH&S procedures and practices, when required implement the required procedures.
Be aware of the daily construction target/milestones and support your Supervisor in driving the daily construction targets/milestones.
Be proactive and positive in all aspects of your daily activities.
Supervision of subcontractors as required.
Supervision of staff as required.
Perform First Aid if required.
Liaise with key stakeholders as required.
Implementation of Safety and Environmental Plan as required.
Running + recording the details of all Toolbox/Pre start Meetings as required.
Care and security of company tools and materials at all time
