Contract Administrator

• Manage and maintain all lease and contract information accurately in the companys lease management system.
  
• Liaise with airlines and stakeholders to monitor lease renewals and letters of credit.
• Prepare reconciliation reports regarding deposits and lease payments in line with finance and operations.
  
• Ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• At least 2 years relevant corporate contract/operations experience, aviation industry experience is desirable.
  
• Understanding of databases and document management systems.
  
• Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
