On behalf of an established lessor, we are looking to hire a Contract Administrator to join its Shannon based operations team.
The Role:
- Manage and maintain all lease and contract information accurately in the companys lease management system.
- Liaise with airlines and stakeholders to monitor lease renewals and letters of credit.
- Prepare reconciliation reports regarding deposits and lease payments in line with finance and operations.
- Ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- At least 2 years relevant corporate contract/operations experience, aviation industry experience is desirable.
- Understanding of databases and document management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
