The Family Care Coordinator Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, direct hire position
  

• Schedule: Various 24-hours shifts
  

• Strong Leadership team fostering a diverse workforce in a safe environment
  

• Opportunities for Family Care Coordinator to work with donor families, and hospital personnel to facilitate efficient organ recovery authorization
  

• Family Care Coordinator will have reliable transportation and be willing to respond on-site to the appropriate hospital within a designated time
  

• Selected Family Care Coordinator will be responsible for assessing donor registries and visually assess donors, charts, document information, and communicate findings
  

Family Care Coordinator Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
  

• Must have minimum of 2 years experience in Healthcare counseling, Bereavement and/or crisis intervention
  

• Must have a current/valid CA driver s license w/ ability to pass MVR underwriting requirements
  

• Knowledge of computers and basic data entry highly preferred
