الوصف الوظيفي
Description:
- PCG Group Product Cybersecurity Group is group at OneTech division of Toyota that works on security of vehicles.
- Very tech savvy group works on new age and niche technologies
- This resource would be closely working with US and Japanese leadership to understand the diverse program expectations and strategic execution
- Japanese Bi-lingual candidate is highly preferred
- Need someone who understands hardware and software systems or has worked on technical or security projects
Responsibilities:
- Define strategic long-term and short-term program objectives supporting business mission
- Establish policies and procedures governing program execution and accountability
- Set priorities and milestones for individual projects and team initiatives within the program
- Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members.
- Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer or information sciences.
- Need someone with Strong Agile Experience, preferably with Scrum Master certification and experience as such
- 15-20 years' work experience in related industry sector
- Excellent analytical, business, communication, decision-making, leadership, and organizational skills
- Extensive and diverse computer system hardware and software knowledge
