About the Company
They are a SaaS company with the aim to empower SEA entrepreneurs to grow their business by providing them with the best technology & partner solutions, through D2C solutions. Through their solutions which are personalized and made for SEA, they shine the spotlight on entrepreneurs and brands, enabling them to discover all possibilities to grow their business.
They started our Seed Round through 500 startups and recently raised a funding of $80M in a Series C round, in January 2022. Backed by top venture capital firms including Sequoia Capital, Credit Saison, Speedinvest, January Capital, Founder Bank Capital, and other prominent investors and founders.
They are looking for a Product Manager who has the creativity to look at problems in new ways, the discipline to make decisions based on data, and the boldness to experiment with innovative ideas
Responsibilities
- Develop the product strategy and roadmap for a chat commerce product
- Mentor and lead the product team, while assigning clear areas of responsibility for each team member
- Own the key overall business metrics for the product carve out specific objectives for your team
- Drive roadmap, implementation in collaboration with engineering and UX/UI peers, making trade-offs, anticipating staffing needs, and risks, and ensuring frequent and clear communication
- Constantly explore areas for implementation of product best practices across the org
- Own key product pieces end to end including writing product specs, driving cross-functional execution, and sharing insights and results throughout the company
- Build effective machinery for gathering product insights from customer interviews, competitive benchmarking, and data analysis
- Use outcome estimation to prioritize the Product Backlog and maximize the - value delivered to users and the business
- Help define processes and implement Agile best practices to continuously improve sprint Planning and Sprint Management
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in the product management space, with a solid/proven experience in B2b/SaaS background
- Has a proven track record of owning the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including ideation, development, testing, and launch
- Has experience designing, running, analyzing, and interpreting experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests)
- Has strong customer empathy for Indonesias SME markets and experience translating customer needs/feedback into actionable
- Can communicate effectively, influence without authority, and align a cross-functional team towards a common goal
- Is detail-oriented with superior organization skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines
Better to have (not a must):
- Experience in UX design
- Experience in software development
- Experience using tools such as CleverTap/Optimizely, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Tableau
- Ability to analyze data using SQL, Python, and/or other programming languages
