JOB TITLE: Goods Inwards/Stores Person
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Permanent
LINE MANAGER: Production Manager
LOCATION: Andover
SALARY RANGE: Up to 25K per annum ( 13PH), depending on experience
HOLIDAY: Generous

2. JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently recruiting for a Goods Inwards/Stores Person on a permanent basis,
to complete all aspects of stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for
managing the receipting of all incoming goods into stores and other stock control
duties, specifically utilising in-house computer systems for all aspects of inventory
control and arranging replacement of damaged stock/tools.
2.1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Unloading deliveries
Goods inwards and receipting of stock
Location of stock, issuing shortages, stock counts etc.
Interacting with production staff and management on daily needs and
issues
Outbound shipping
Working to teams KPI s to control processes and key materials
General housekeeping
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role
Current Counterbalance forklift Truck licence is desirable
Communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate and numerate
Physically fit enough to undertake the role
Careful and thorough attitude with a good work ethic
