We are currently looking for SystemRequirement Engineers to whom developing is all about creating new, solving interesting problems and making life a bit easier than before. We have various exciting projects for which we search skilled people with a strong motivation for solving technical challenges.
Our teams consist of the best talents in the industry. We work for OEMs, and Tier 1 customers in the automotive world. We offer a lot of opportunities in various automotive hotspots in Germany.
For projects in Munich, Stuttgart, Nuremberg or Remote we are looking for SystemRequirement Engineers:
- Coordination and evaluation of internal and customer requirements
- Creation of requirements specifications at system level in cooperation with the software and system development team
- Collaboration in the creation and analysis of system and software architectures as well as in the creation of the technical security concept
- Ensuring the quality of the requirements and the requirements documents according to the development process and Automotive SPICE as well as integration of industry-specific standards such as ISO 26262 and ISO 2143
Requirements
- Completed engineering studies (electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronic, automotive engineering, physics) or comparable
- Professional experience in automotive software development
- Minimum of 3 years experience in system requirements engineering using common tools such as DOORS and IMS
- Practical experience with safety-critical systems in the automotive environment (Functional Safety ISO 26262) is an advantage
- Creativity and flexibility as well as a good comprehension and analytical mindset
- Independent and result-oriented way of working
- Very good in written and spoken English (level C1) and German (level B1)

Completed engineering studies (electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, automotive engineering, physics) or comparable You have several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software projects, ideally in automotive projects You are highly experienced in agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban, ideally in combination with JIRA Agile You are highly skilled in communication and networking You are highly skilled in organizing, planning, and convincing Very good in written and spoken English (level C1) and German (level B1)
