Real Estate Director

• Manage and motivate the Real Estate Investment Management Team in all aspects of real estate investment management business
  
• Manage a portfolio of regulated investment funds, comprising high-profile/high-value real estate assets. The portfolio includes a wide range of property asset classes across Europe and the US
  
• Liaise with Investment Advisors, Fund & AIFM Boards and Operations team. Assisting with ad hoc issues or queries that may arise
  
• Take responsibility for the preparation and presentation of quarterly investment management board reports and update the relevant fund boards on the underlying investment portfolio
  
• Undertake financial analysis, modelling and detailed investment appraisals of investment opportunities for acquisition and disposal and prepare and present analysis to fund boards
  

Requirements

• Primary Degree or Masters from leading University
  
• Minimum of 10 years experience in accounting/real estate/banking
  
• Qualified ACA/ACCA/RICS
  
• Experience managing individuals within the real estate asset class
  
• Excellent analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
