Business Process Consultant ServiceNow ( Senior )

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

- Experience in conceptualizing / designing solutions

- Experience in ServiceNow development

- Experience with JavaScript, Angular, SOAP/REST, XML/HTML/CSS programming.

- Strong leadership skills to lead and coach teammates.

- Technical documentation design skills.

- Knowledge of SDLC best practices.

- Self-starter, willingness to learn continuously, collaborative, flexible, solution oriented.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practice.

- Spoken and written French and English.

- Education and Certifications:

o Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

o Any ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD, CIS, MC) will be considered an asset

- Assets:

o Knowledge of web portals with Angular JS and Bootstrap.

o Knowledge of CSM, ITBM, ITSM

As a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, the role and responsibilities include:

- Work in collaboration with the Product Owner to support him in the decision-making process.

- Accompany internal customers in defining their needs and collect information in the form of

- in the form of technical requirements.

- Work in collaboration with the Product Owner.

- Map business processes.

- Collaborate with the architects on the design of the solution.

- Conceptualize integrations between ServiceNow and other existing tools or systems.

- Document user stories (prerequisites, acceptance criteria, test criteria...)

- Act as a Scrum Master within the development team to deliver the best possible product within the

- product within the given timeframe, i.e. :

o Coaching the team in the use of the Scrum approach and engaging them.

o Managing obstacles encountered by the team. Promote self-organization.

o Support the prioritization of project tasks.

o Lead and facilitate the different Scrum meetings: sprint planning, daily scrum, backlog

o grooming, review, retro.

- Be a driving force to evolve the delivery practices and internal processes (our foundation is in place, it is a matter of
