Taxera Technologies is a global Indirect Tax compliance platform used by large multinationals to manage their Indirect Tax compliances obligations and reporting around the world. We solve complex VAT problems by leveraging the SAP BTP platform and the latest technologies (S/4 HANA, Fiori UI5) with an innovative, easy-to-use, elegant, robust and globally scalable platform.

We are now looking for an organized and enthusiastic ITBusiness Analyst with solid UX/UI Design skillsto join a growing Product team.

The role of the Business Analyst is to act as liaison between the user community and the application developers; to define Business requirements and contribute to the formulation and implementation of technical solutions. The role is pivotal to the successful delivery of key technology projects.Additionally you will heavily contribute to the UX/UI design of the solutionwhile working with the UX Design Team on Figma.

This will be a long term relationship (permanent or long term contract).

THE ROLE

Ability to translate requirements into design specifications, use cases, user stories and other functional design documents; Conducts elicitation activities using various elicitation techniques, Conducts requirements walkthroughs and obtains sign offs. Manages the traceability of the requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Understanding and experience with the Software Development; End-to-end ownership of project workstreams/deliverables from requirements definitions through to testing and deployment.

Produce a RACI matrix Responsible, Accountable (approving the results), consulted (providing input) or informed of the completed item after it has been completed.

Help to visually represent the system requirements, functions, behaviour and software prototype creation with Figma Wireframing.

Develops requirements and project documentation according to our PMO standard templates and processes. Software development life cycle documentation (eg Functional documentation).

Coordinates user acceptance testing efforts and produces required deliverables; Execution of system testing and coodination of user testing and training (including preparation of test cases and user guides or manuals);

Regular progress status updates to the project Manager as well as issues and risks identification, tracking and reporting. Effective and timely communication with all project resources (both internal and external).

YOU NEED

5+ years experience as Business Analyst at enterprise / multinational levels

Have good experience in Wireframing, UI & UX Design, Figma Wireframe

Should have a knowledge of Project Management tools, ERP to CRM

Multitasking ability; Attention to detail, high level of accuracy.

Dedication to providing best of class service at all times;

Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills
